This month I am proud to announce two new collections.

Conway Beach Bears are the 3^rd collection in a series by Anne Conway.  Encompassing all the fun and frivolity of summer, these bears and beach themed designs will delight all.  With Surfer Dudes and Babes, as well as the sunbaking beauties, this collection has it all.  For further details on the Conway Beach Bears – click here.

Emma’s Touch and Feel Collection.  I have always wanted to make an activity quilt, and have finally found all the pieces to allow me to put it together.  This collection has 12 different activity designs, ranging from looking into a mirror, tying a shoelace, counting, and matching colours.  It also challenges the child using texture and hand eye co-ordination techniques.  As well as the quilt (instructions included in the purchase), these designs include 12 different “I can do it” saying (for instance I can tie my laces”), that go together to form a felt book.  This collection has been named after my daughter Emma as she has adopted this quilt as her own, and is constantly moving the hands of the clock, or squeaking the duck.

Also available are notions kits to complete all these squares, so all you need to get started are scraps of fabric, thread and the designs.

Shadow work:-  Shadow work has long been a hand work technique, but with this beautiful shadow work applique collection, you will be able to create beautiful shadow work on your embroidery machine.   I have already created a fantastic cushion and quilt using these designs, and am now working on some blouses.
