While Julie Hall Designs ensures the optimal performance of the site, you agree that you use this site at your own risk. You acknowledge that Julie Hall Designs is not liable for any delays, inaccuracies, failures, errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, viruses, communication line failure or damage to your computer system or network.

Termination

Julie Hall Designs reserves the right to immediately terminate your use of, or access to, this site at any time, if Julie Hall Designs decides at its sole discretion that you have breached this agreement or any relevant rule or regulation or you have engaged in conduct that Julie Hall Designs considers to be inappropriate or unacceptable.

Returns Policy

We have put substantial effort into testing and validating each one of our designs and the images featured on our website were created by digital photography or scanning of actual designs which have been stitched out on fabric. If for some reason you are not achieving the results that you would like please first realize that there are many factors which can effect the quality of your embroidered designs, most of which have very little to do with the design itself. Some of the things that can dramatically impact your results include: hooping techniques, the selection of fabric, stabilizer, needles, and thread, the settings on your machine, as well as proper maintenance of your machine. If you have difficulty reproducing the same quality of embroidery as the images you see on our website and in our tips files, please send us a quick email with a picture of your stitchout and we will work with you to help you achieve the results you want. We will make every effort to ensure you are pleased with our embroidery designs and your experience with us. We have an extremely high level of customer satisfaction and would love to add you to our long list of satisfied customers. We love stitching and being creative with our designs. We know you will too. 

Due to the nature of piracy of designs, Julie Hall Designs will only offer a return if it can be proven that the designs are faulty.  We require that the item be returned in original condition with all certificates and receipts originally accompanying the product, along with a signed statement stating the problem with the designs, and an assurance that the files have been deleted from all media.

Please be certain to carefully package up any goods sent back to us in the post and include a note explaining the reasons for your return.

Refunds are issued by way of paypal refund or credit voucher to the value of the refund. Please note Julie Hall Designs reserves the right to repair damaged goods prior to offering any refund. 

Loss of Electronic Data

Julie Hall Designs will be happy to replace designs lost through a computer crash or theft or anything similar.  Simply send in a report from the computer store or insurance company, along with the designs and approximate purchase date, and we will happily replace any designs.

Copyright Information

Copyright of all documents/images in this website are vested with the Directors of Julie Hall Designs. Documents must not be reproduced unless permission is sought in writing from Julie Hall Designs. Documents (or excerpts) that are reproduced without permission may result in legal action being instigated in relation to copyright infringements.

Shipping Details

Julie Hall Designs will deliver items by way of couriers or Australia Post. We require a street address for all deliveries as we cannot deliver items to a PO Box.

Allow 14 working days for any deliveries within Australia. Items which may be temporarily out of stock will be delivered within 21 days.
